Food Trucks and Tuktuks

Tulane Dining Services offers a variety of dining-on-the-go options to choose from. Our food trucks, tuktuks and coffee cart offer unique menus throughout campus. Be sure to also join us for Tuesday Truck-ins when food trucks from around the city join us on campus and showcase their offerings.

Roulez Food Truck
Tulane's Roulez Food Truck was the first food truck on a college campus to accept student meal plans. The menu changes daily and includes New Orleans-inspired dishes such as red beans and rice, fried catfish and shrimp po-boys. Follow @TulaneDining on Twitter for up-to-the-minute Roulez updates. 
Roulez only accepts meal swipes – no cash, credit cards, Wavebuck$ or Wolf Bucks are accepted.
Global Mobile Bistro - COMING SOON
Our newest food truck features street food from around the world. This semester, Tulane Dining Services is showcasing food from the Mediterranean. As a Tulane student you have the power to change or keep the concept with our survey forms. Make a suggestion or simply tell us what you think. These forms will be available in October so be sure to voice your opinion.

Viet-Nomie's - COMING SOON
Viet-Nomie’s is your one stop for authentic Vietnamese dishes. Made with love by Nomie and Paul Truong, Viet-Nomie's has received numerous awards and acknowledgements, including being recognized in Zagat as one of the “Top 10 Must Try Food Trucks in the U.S.”, in 2013 and being named "Must Try Food Truck in Atlanta" in 2014 

Viet-Nomie’s will serve some their most popular dishes. These include fried tofu with fresh tomatoes and scallions served over fragrant jasmine rice or Bun Cha Gio, also known as Jazzi Noodle Boats. Jazzi Rolls are served with rice noodles, lettuce, fresh herbs, pickled daikon and their nouc mam. Meat-lovers must try their tender cubes of beef marinated and “wok shakened” with garlic and onions served over jasmine rice and a vinaigrette salad. Viet-Nomie's will also serve boba tea or boba drinks made fresh everyday.

The Currier Tuktuk - COMING SOON
Authentic Indian cuisine on the go! Try a bowl, salad or wrap and even get the chance to create your own. Follow @TulaneDining on Facebook and Twitter for updates on where the tuktuk will be located everyday. 

Healthy TU Express Tuktuk - COMING SOON
Lead by Kelsey Rosenbaum, our District Dietitian, this on-the-go tuktuk will serve all Healthy TU certified items. Check back for more information coming soon!
PJ's Coffee Cart - COMING SOON
This year, the PJ's Coffee Cart will also be available on campus. When all you need is a quick pick-me-up between classes, the PJ's Coffee Cart will circulate through campus satisfying that quick fix. Serving PJ's coffee and treats, the PJ's Coffee Cart will be a great option for busy mornings or a nice afternoon break.
